The Client: Orange Business Services
Position Title: Technical Consultants Nortel Voice.

Experience: 5+yrs in Nortel support
Location: Mumbai, India

Profile Requisites:

Job Responsibility:

• Ensure Proper Documentation of the Site, i.e. Process wise documentation
• Ensure Proper storage of documentation and housekeeping
• Inventory Management
• Prompt complaint handling in order to ensure SLA’s
• Ensure Backups for all components are stored and archived as per policy
• Proactively Follow up and ensure resolution of cases in co-ordination with seniors and onsite FMS team
• Ensure Proper escalation of technical/HR related issues to the seniors
• Installation of PRI, Agents, and other add move changes in Nortel Meridian,
• Add Move changes in Verint Logger
• Ensure proper monitoring as per the available tools onsite.
• Ensure compliance with the Daily Check List.
• Experience on Dialer maintenance will be a plus.
• Troubleshooting of Nortel 81C
• Patch installation
• System diagnosis, reinstallation, conversant with Nortel NTP’s and Nortel Solution search
• Installation of DS1/ E1 cards, troubleshooting Passport issues
• Willing to work on a 24*7 Rotational shifts

Manadatory Skills /Qualification:

• Nortel Voice exp
• Nortel SCCS, CS1000S/CS100M, Meridian 61C/81C/11C, Symposium TAPI, Symposium web client, CS1000 Voip implementations, Verint Logger Maintenance
