Position – Circle Head position for leading Telecom company

Current Openning -

Position – Circle Head

Location – Jaipur

Salary – 12 lacs to 20 lacs

Education Qualification – BE/B. Tech/M. Tech in Telecom / Electrical / Civil Engineering

Desired Experience – 10 to 15 years, Min 5 yrs of experience in Telecom Industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for P&L at circle level

2.Oversee project execution, operation and maintenance of Telecom sector.

3.He should possess rich knowledge in the area of Project Management, O&M, Vendor Management, Quality Management and Customer Relationship Management.

4.Coordinate with PMC, for identifying sub contractors & project progress through reports

5.Discuss, coordinate internally with Technical and SMC, and identify areas/process that would help in better quality, reduction in cost, trouble free maintenance of equipments, timely delivery of materials etc.

6.Develop process/system for report generation on project progress, on O&M tracking etc.

7.Ensure profitability and reduction in project and O&M costs

8.Review reports on project and O&M

9.Develop process/systems for the above, which are not dependant of individuals

10.Identify and develop individuals in the Operation team, who can be groomed as future managers and provide them with required training/opportunity/share experiences.
