For Demos & Marketing
• Functional / Operational skills
• General understanding of information systems
• Knowledge of customer and his needs
• Ability to present & demonstrate system to prospective customers

Technical Skills
• Knowledge of Windows OS (how to run a script)
• Knowledge of J2EE/Java environment
• Knowledge of Web technologies (application servers, web servers).
• Troubleshooting the system, be able to identify a problem in the middle ware (e.g. a crash of the database)
• Perform common system administration tasks and provide technical support
• Database management (Data import/export)

Experience – SKILLS
• Practical Radio communication PMR experience (installation / provisioning / training…) on infrastructure and terminals,
• Experience / knowledge of Digital radio communication (ex TETRA and/or GSM 3G)
• Know-how in Security requirements, security threats,
• Familiarity of IP network deployment (CISCO based IP backbone)
• Expertise in IP Traffic calculation
• Network architecture / network design
• Knowledge / experience of Microwave, OFC, LAN & ADSL backhaul
• Skills in Antenna / radio propagation
• Knowledge of Radio Network planning tools (ex. ATOL) : for radio coverage prediction
• Experience in field deployment follow up.
• Competence in COTS systems : Pylon, energy generators etc….
• Knowledge of the related applications that can use PMR (SCADA, Command and Control, Railways, …..

Technical Skills
• BE / B Tech in Communications & Electronics
• Knowledge of Operating systems : Windows XP , Windows Server
• Administration of Windows SQL server / Replication…
• Configuration & administration of IP / LAN / WAN, CISCO routers
• Configuration & administration of SNMP protocol
• Quality skills : ISO 9000 standards
