Job Description:

Reporting to the IDC Sales Head, the Engagement Manager (EM) is the core account team member responsible for the solution commitment in the context of IDC’s IT products and services. While sales is responsible for the Architecture Strategy, the EM is responsible for the Architectural Deliverable.
The EM’s focus is to identify and propose services and partnerships necessary to create the business value for the customer, win the business and to ensure the customer achieves the expected result, has a great customer experience and becomes a loyal reference to the Company. Along with their peers on the account team, the EM interfaces directly with the customer business executives and councils.

Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of solutions architecture/product management /engagement management experience
OR a Master’s degree and 10+ years experience OR an equivalent combination of education and
Experience:-
8-10 years in consulting, product management or solution selling
5+ Years as a Project Manager/Product Management/Architecture in a services organization
Service delivery experience
HW/SW/Service Sales (2 of 3) experience
Location- Delhi/DAKC- Salary Band- 10-12 L
Qualification- MBA/B.E

1. Operation and maintenance of complete GSM BSS network.
2. Maintenance of BSC, BTS and Transcoders and PCUs.
3. Scheduling of preventive maintenance activities and there timely execution.
4. System management and Operation and Maintennce of complete CDMA BSS setup including OMCR, Mobility Manager Transcoder.
5. SC, BTS and O&M Functionality of BSS.
6. Installation , Commissioning & Maintenance of BTS Sites.
7. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of faults generated in BSS.
8. To manage and control the O & M activities of the BSS & OMCR networks to ensure the smooth running of the GSM services across the state.
