HCL hiring Associate General Managers

GM/SPM positions open for Telecom professionals*

SPECIFICATION:

•We are seeking candidates between 12- 20 years of Experience in telecom domain (OSS/BSS experience is preferred).
•Exposure to the Application Support & Maintenance environment .i.e. giving support to any of the software product/applications is mandatory.
•Candidates managing the team of 100+people (handling operations for larger accounts) is desirable.

OVERVIEW:

•Manage Large Programs from planning to completion under time sensitive environment
•Act as subject matter expert for opportunities and drive the solution strategy.
•Participate and involve in customer discussions and business/technical consulting, provide solutions.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

•People and management Skills. Problem solving mindset, excellent communication skills (oral and written), strong technical skills.
•Ability to set direction and work in ambiguous situations. Ability to network through technical and other organizations at all levels.
•Certifications are desirable in the area of expertise.
