Job Summary :

Operation & Maintenance of MSC, HLR, SMSC, USSDC and Voice Mail System

Duties & Responsibilities :

· Operation & Maintenance of MSC, HLR, SMSC, USSDC and Voice Mail System.

· Implement Network expansions based on traffic trends and projections.

· Implement network modifications and correction notes as and when required.

· Coordinate with Marketing and Billing teams for technical support as well as introduction of new features.

· Escalation of important issues and taking up with vendor for solution.

· Assistance to customer care in resolving switch and VAS related complaints.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : (Established by Supervisors)

· Must have switching experience.

· Preferably in GSM field.

· Knowledge of SS7 signaling system.

· Team work / Team orientation.
