Responsibilities & Duties
• Be a proficient and effective team leader
• Be able to effectively motivate all members of the Product Support Team
• Be able to identify problems early to prevent escalation
• Be an effective delegator
• Be able to see the ‘big picture’ and respond accordingly
• Be approachable to members of the support team
• Generate customer statistics for performance and other purposes

Technical Skills Requirements:
• Electronics and Communication Engineer Preferable
• Knowledge of Telecom Softwares:
o RF Planning Tools e.g. ASSET
o Microwave Planning Tools e.g. CONNECT
o Transmission Planning Tools e.g. DIRECT
o Drive Test Tools e.g. NEPTUNE
o Post Processing Tools e.g. RANOPT
