We have an urgent opening with Telecom group in Gurgaon.

Position – Manager Network Planning

Job Location – Gurgaon.

Job Description –

• Should have hands-on experience in Drive Test and post processing, analysis of
performance parameters.
• Exposure of RF and Drive Test tools used cellular network.
Ability to analyze RF and quality related issues in the network.
Experience in projection of IBS requirement/ Frequency planning.
• Implementation & Commissioning Of Telecom Network – i.e. BSS, BTS, BSC.
• Experience in preparation & finalization BOQ for network nodes I co-ordination with NSS & Transmission.
• Should be manage, Lead Planning & Optimization teams for achieving end objectives
with in time & cost constraints.
• Performs essential functions like planning, dimensioning, optimization and budgeting of
GSM Radio Network.
• Regular customer meetings & performance reviews.
• New feature evaluation & Implementation in consultation with Central Planning teams.
• Knowledge of effective usage with various RF Tools for Network Planning & Optimization.
• Imparted all RF details as Antenna Orientation, Height of the GSM antenna and Type of antenna.

• Very good Managerial capability with experience of handling a team.
• Able to handle multiple complex projects across the globe.
• A team builder who motivates staff to proactive management way, good interpersonal
and communication skills.
• Should be handling budgetary responsibilities, Assessing current technology strategy,
working with multiple vendors.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
• GIS – MapInfo Professional 7.5/8.5
• Drive Test – TEMS Investigation
• Asset 5.0 for Nominal Planning
• WIMAX
