Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

• Interface between HP customer account team (ASDM/ADM/CM) and network services department
• Ensure network management tools accurately reflect the management environment
• Update customer regularly on status of high impact cases
• Escalate incidents when required to ensure awareness within account team.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures and standards
• Develop a detailed understanding of assigned customers

Qualifications and Skills
Primary Skills
• Excellent customer service skills and awareness
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• ITSM Process Foundation Certified (Preferable) else knowledge of ITSM is mandatory
• High level of troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively with team members
• Effective time and task management
• Initiative in service delivery
• High commitment to quality
• Flexibility

Qualifications
• Diploma, Graduation from Recognised University in INDIA and Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Networking IT Field.
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification for Data Delivery Leads.

Experience
• 5-8 years experience in LAN and WAN support and configuration
• 5-8 years experience with telecommunications carrier services
• 3-5 years firewall support and configuration and experience of participation in security review and analysis
• 3-5 years experience with network management tools
• 3-5 years experience in Voice Technology
• 3-5 years of project Management and execution skills (Preferred )
Technical Experience
• Good understanding of IT environment including:
Desktop and server environment DNS/DHCP
• Working knowledge of the OSI 7 layer model
• High level understanding of LAN ,WAN and MGX technologies including:
TCP/IP
Router (Core ) /switches (L2 & L3 ) and Firewall configuration (Level –EXPERT )
Network design and implementation
,DS3,T1
• Experience in use of Network monitoring tools ( CWM,LMS, MRTG )
• High level understanding of Cisco MGX ( Level – Expert )
• Moderate UNIX shell skills
• Voice over IP (IPCC or Avaya ) preferred
