Job Responsibilties:

Responsible for working with clients and to define the scope of the project, clarify the system specification, understand their work practices and the nature of their business ?Responsible for man aging the customer accounts in terms of SLA delivery, Customer satisfaction, Customer reviews, renewals/ enhancement of business Manage and supervise assigned operations

Mandatory : Not Required
Optional : Oracle BRM (Billing), Intec Mediation / Interconnect, Siebel CRM
Domain Expertise
Mandatory : Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, Fraud / Revenue Assurance, Interconnect;
Optional : Order Management, Other BSS
Other Areas
Mandatory : Project Management (PMP Certified), Project Delivery, Managing SLAs.
Added Advantage : Implementation of OSS/BSS Stack for at least 2/3 Telecom Projects.

Strong Telecom project delivery background in OSS/BSS implementation or Support – Managed end-to-end implementation or support of atleast 3 Telecom projects across Billing, BSS, Service Assurance, S ervice Fulfillment, Mediation, Provisioning, etc. ? Strong Project management experience (PMP preferable) ? Strong client engagement skills ? Should have managed a large program on on-sho re/off-shore delivery model ?Ensure that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements
