Job Summary :-

Planning, Operation & Maintenance of Core Network, which includes MSC, HLR, SMSC, USSDC and Voice Mail System

Duties & Responsibilities : ·
Operation & Maintenance of MSC, HLR, SMSC, USSDC and Voice Mail System.
· Implement Network expansions based on traffic trends and projections.
· Implement network modifications and correction notes as and when required.
· Coordinate with Marketing and Billing teams for technical support as well as introduction of new features.
· Escalation of important issues and taking up with vendor for solution.
· Assistance to customer care in resolving switch and VAS related complaints.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :-

· Must have switching experience.
· Preferably in GSM field.
· Knowledge of SS7 signaling system.
· Team work / Team orientation.

2)Position :- Sr. Manager – RF Planning

Location :- Hyderabad
Exp :- 8yrs – 12yrs

Job Summary :
RF Planning, Network Optimization for maintaining the QOS parameters within benchmark. Resolve customer complaints arising due to network problems.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Site survey for finalizing the Network expansion.
· Drive tests for analyzing network performance,
resolving quality issues and work out the
expansion requirement .
· Network Optimization.
· Monitoring of QOS parameters and maintain the same within the benchmark.
· Monitor Cell site utilization and maintain the optimum utilization levels by timely TRX additions / deletions.
· Customer complaint resolution in defined SLAs.
· Carry out comparative drive tests for understanding the competitor’s network.
· Generate and maintain the MIS reports for network utilization and QOS parameters.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :-

(Established by Supervisors)
Good Knowledge of GSM network.
· Thorough knowledge of RF planning and optimization techniques.
· Knowledge of various signaling systems / protocols related to telecom.
· Knowledge of RF planning tool.
· Good communication skills.
