We are looking for:

Knowledge and Experience:

Typically has a good amount of network engineering experience ideally in the Telecommunications or related industry, a significant amount of which should be at a manager level

TDM platforms Siemens-EWSD and Nortel-DMS (core configuration, routing, subscriber and carrier configuration, trouble shooting, hardware set-up).

TDM signaling protocols (ISUP, Q.931, TCAP, INAP, national signaling variants)
VoIP signaling protocols (H.323, SIP, SIP-I, MGCP/IUA)

VoIP platforms Cisco-PGW and Sonus PSX/GSX (core configuration, routing, subscriber and carrier configuration, trouble shooting, hardware set-up).

Knowledge of underlying transmission technologies (PDM, SDH, IP)

Role:

Manages a team of highly skilled engineers to ensure in-time and cost-effective development, test and introduction of new voice products in close relationship with Product Engineering

Ensures the optimization of the network architecture for voice services to reduce cost and to increase flexibility for the introduction of new products
