Job Description:
Position Details Position Manager RF Planning & GIS – Circle /HO
Reports To COH – Circle / Head –RF Planning & GIS (HO)
Place of Posting Total 4 ( 1 at each 4 Circle) Respective Circle
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables  Keep NW data on GIS updated and create site planning solutions to meet business requirements.
 Based on business inputs from operators, carryout RF planning with help of RF/GIS tools to meet multi-operator requirements from Infratel’s existing/planned sites.
 Proactively providing business from RF planning and coverage analysis inputs to S&M in the form of optimal solutions from Infratel exists or planned sites in order to achieve highest possible multi-tenancy.
 Whenever possible, actively participate in RF planning activities of operators in order to facilitate optimal solutions from Infratel’s existing or planned sites and enable to maximize multi-tenant sites.
 Interaction with operators to do performance analysis of new sites.
 Close interaction with Infra planning team for GIS and RF support.
Job Requirements Experience  About 8-10 Years
Industry Preferred  GSM / CDMA operator
Qualification  B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication

Competencies

 GSM RF Network Planning, which includes Coverage Planning & Frequency Planning.
 Site Optimization / Drive test analysis / IBS solution.
 Familiar with use of Site Planning and Optimization tools and GIS.
 Basic knowledge of Tower Site active and passive equipments.
 Should be capable of interfacing with customers when required and providing customer-focussed solutions
 Good communication & presentation skills
 Analytical skills
 Handled ,lead and motivate team
